1.61 mi of concrete road reconstruction, Pine Grove connector ramps and intersection reconstruction, noise wall construction, drilled shaft, watermain, landscaping, non-motorized path, freeway lighting, traffic signal, signing, markings and intelligent transportation systems on Blue Water Bridge Plaza area which includes I-69/I-94 and M-25 in the city of Port Huron, St. Clair County. This project includes two 5 year materials and workmanship pavement warranties and a 2 year concrete surface coating warranty.

Toebe is continually soliciting bids from DBE and non-DBE subcontractors and suppliers. Subcontractor selections are not only based on price, but by utilizing “Best Value” selection criteria based on qualifications, past working history, schedule, ability to provide proper bonding and insurance, and most importantly, the amount of DBE dollars that will be committed to each project.

DBE participation is always encouraged. If you are a Non-DBE supplier or subcontractor we encourage you to consider teaming up with a DBE supplier or subcontractor to provide DBE participation in your quote. When submitting your quote, please indicate the amount of DBE participation your company is committing to the project

Please be advised that Performance and Payment bonds are required from a Subcontractor for the full amount of their Subcontract. Bonds must be issued by a corporate surety on the U.S. Treasury Department Circular 570 list of approved sureties with an A.M. Best rating of “A” or better.
